Edward Boudrot is the Founder and CEO of Human Ignition, an advisory firm helping executives, teams, and enterprises unlock peak performance in a world defined by relentless change. With more than two decades of leadership experience across Fortune 5 companies, startups, and innovation labs, Ed brings a rare perspective from both the boardroom and the front lines of transformation.

As Vice President of Fusion—UnitedHealth Group’s enterprise accelerator-Ed spent over a decade guiding senior leaders through strategy, innovation, and cultural shifts. Earlier in his career, he built and scaled multiple startups, gaining firsthand experience in the pressure, pivots, and resilience required to lead through uncertainty.

Ed holds an engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Babson College, grounding his leadership philosophy in both technical precision and entrepreneurial agility.
